Festive Cupid Cheesecake Recipe

The cheesecake combines a buttery graham cracker crust with a luscious cream cheese filling, flavored with vanilla and a hint of strawberry. The preparation time is about 30 minutes, and it requires chilling time to set properly, serving approximately 8 slices.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup strawberry puree
  • 1 cup white frosting
  • Pink and red cupid heart decorations

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined. Finally, stir in the sour cream and strawberry puree until smooth.
  3. Bake the Cheesecake: Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for about 1 hour.
  4. Chill: Remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set completely.
  5. Frost and Decorate: Once chilled, spread the white frosting evenly over the top of the cheesecake. Decorate with pink and red cupid hearts before serving.
  6. Serve: Slice and enjoy your festive Pink Dreams Cupid Cheesecake!
